Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, September 8) — The capital region’s “most wanted” criminal has been nabbed in Tarlac City, the Philippine National Police reported on Sunday.
Art Cris Viloria, also known as Kwatog or Kuatog, was arrested by Marikina police at Barangay San Vicente, Tarlac City on Saturday. Viloria is the leader of the notorious Art Cris Viloria Criminal Group that operates in Marikina and other nearby cities, a police report said.
He is currently detained at the Marikina police station, facing charges of possession of illegal drugs, usurpation of authority and robbery.
